KEVIN PLASTER – SEPTEMBER 2025 Update
COURSE STUDIES:
For the past few months I have been studying the history of the American Constitution. The aim is to understand the foundation of our constitution and the world view of the founding fathers. The purpose of my studies is to understand the extent of their Christian beliefs, the reason for their involvement in politics and how reliant and dependent they were on the Holy Bible.
The more I study the more I realize that if the church is to survive in today’s world it must be as involved in the American culture as those who pledged their “Lives, fortunes and sacred honor” for our freedom. This is the concluding line of the U.S. Declaration of Independence. Those who signed the document knew this could cost them their lives, yet they signed it anyway.
I began my studies with “Biblical Citizenship in Modern America.” The course is produced by Patriot Academy. The study book is $20 but if your group wants to register and do this 8 week course (16 hours), I think I can get Charlie Kirk/TPUSA to pay for the books. (Written before his assassination.)

BELIEVER’S SUMMIT WITH CHARLIE KIRK
It was scheduled for October 15-17 at the Oklahoma City Convention Center. However, the event was postponed till sometime in 2026. Since I had already paid to attend the event they refunded my money and gave me free tickets to their main event in Phoenix, Arizona in December. I do plan to attend.
TRAVEL
I didn’t go to Ukraine this summer, mainly because the man (Frank) who travels inside the country with me was not there. He has been a source of encouragement and strength, and someone to vouch for my personal integrity while in the country. It was not in me to do the trip by myself.
I also intended to go to the Philippines in September with Wayne Stringer and Philippine Mission Development. However, the trip was canceled due to his wife’s declining health. She’s now on hospice.
RUSSIA
I regularly receive news from Cornerstone Baptist Church in St Petersburg, Russia. This is the church God enabled me to plant and register. It’s always encouraging to know that the church is doing well in spite of current events.
MARKET PLACE MINISTRY
I’ve been in Amarillo with my father lately. I regularly go to coffee shops, enjoy the coffee and opportunity it affords me to share Jesus in a public arena with those who don’t go to church.
